Founder

Our founder, Ryan Hoare, brings lived experience of ADHD and dyspraxia and leadership in government. He built Mosaic after years of seeing how much talent is wasted when adjustments don't work.

Alongside Ryan, our CTO and advisors bring deep expertise in technology, compliance, and workplace inclusion. Together, we're building the infrastructure that makes adjustments simple, secure, and sustainable.
