The problem
The adjustments process is broken
Every employer has a duty to make reasonable adjustments. Very few have a process that actually works.
Requests get lost in email threads. Spreadsheets go out of date. Managers are left guessing what's reasonable, HR spends hours on admin, and employees stop asking because asking didn't work last time.
Everyone loses. Not because anyone stopped caring, but because the system was never built.
What TryMosaic is
TryMosaic replaces ad hoc processes with one structured workflow: an employee logs their request in minutes, their manager responds in minutes, and HR gets a full audit trail with recommended adjustments built in.
Who builds it
TryMosaic is disabled and neurodivergent-led, and co-designed with the employees, managers, and HR leaders who use it. The people who face the biggest barriers are the people shaping the product.
Our founder
Ryan Hoare brings lived experience of ADHD and dyspraxia, and a decade in UK government, where he co-chaired one of the largest cross-government neurodiversity networks in the country. He has seen the adjustments process from every side: as the employee navigating it, the leader running it, and the policy person trying to fix it.
He built TryMosaic after years of watching talent go to waste because the process failed, not the person.
